This appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for new patients. It includes review of medical and psychiatric history, current symptoms, prior treatments, and clinical goals.

A diagnostic assessment will be completed, and treatment options may be discussed as clinically appropriate.

Medication may be initiated or adjusted based on clinical findings and applicable prescribing standards. Not all conditions or medications are appropriate for telehealth care.

Duration: 25–30 minutes

This visit is for established patients receiving ongoing psychiatric care. It focuses on symptom review, treatment response, medication effectiveness, and side effect monitoring.

Medication adjustments may be considered based on clinical assessment and safety considerations.

Visit frequency is determined by clinical need.

Duration: 40–45 minutes

This appointment provides additional time for more in-depth clinical review when needed.

Care planning, symptom monitoring, and medication management are addressed based on clinical assessment.

An optional ongoing care plan is available for patients who require more structured follow-up and continued monitoring.

Services provided under this plan are based on clinical judgment and medical necessity. Enrollment does not guarantee specific services, prescriptions, visit frequency, or outcomes.
