Introduction

Jenna Buchanan, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Kentucky with over 13 years of clinical experience in hospital and outpatient settings, including general psychiatry, child psychiatry, oncology, intensive care, and long-term care.

This practice provides individualized psychiatric evaluation and medication management through secure telehealth services. Care is evidence-informed, collaborative, and focused on long-term stability and overall functioning.

All services are provided within the scope of Kentucky law and professional nursing standards.

Care Model

This is a cash-pay psychiatric practice. Payment is due at the time of service.

An initial evaluation is required to determine clinical appropriateness and whether this practice is a good fit for your needs.

Prescriptions, when indicated, are issued in accordance with Kentucky and federal law following appropriate evaluation.

Telehealth Information

All services are delivered via secure telehealth.

Patients must be physically located in Kentucky at the time of their appointment.

Appointments are scheduled during standard business hours:

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00pm–9:00pm

  • Friday: 2:00pm–6:00pm

Scope of Services

Lighter Path Health Solutions PLLC provides telehealth psychiatric services to children, teenage, and adult patients located in Kentucky at the time of their appointment.

Services may include:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis

  • Medication management for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions

  • Ongoing monitoring of treatment response and medication tolerability

  • Assessment and management of medication side effects when clinically appropriate

  • Coordination of care with other healthcare providers when indicated

Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment, medical necessity, and shared decision-making. No specific medication, service, or outcome is guaranteed.

This is an appointment-only telehealth practice. No in-person services or walk-in appointments are available.
